One huge failure business owners make is...
planning too much, that they get mis aligned to what they actually want to do.
It also massively holds us back from actually taking action.
It is hard to keep positive, especially when you have know leverage as no one knows who you are.
I have had it 3-4 times when starting new business where the first 6-12 months is so tough because people simply don't know who you are or trust you because you are new.
The only way to get through this is..
It doesn't matter if you get success on your first week or 52nd week you need to show up daily with the same enthusiasm, same passion and same strong message to keep people interested.
2. Know your truth.
Know that what you are doing is useful, thought provoking & adds value to peoples lives positively. Know that you don't need success straight away but you do need to make sure your doing it for more than just a quick bit of money.
One thing I worried about when starting my first business was the competition. Is there too much? No one will know me etc...
The number one thing I have learnt over the past 7 years...
Passion Will KILL Competition – Always!
Here’s the deal… If your chosen niche/industry has a certain amount of competition, more than you would usually be happy with, but you are super passionate about the niche you’re thinking of getting involved in, go for it!
In my mind passion will always overcome plain old competition.
It’s the passion behind Find Your Freedom that’s made me get clients even when there is thousands of people doing what I am doing.

Today I want to speak about physical activity + mental activity = a happy brain!!
The mind and body are connected, if you improve your physical health, your mental health will also improve.
Scientists have discovered that exercise makes your brain release chemicals that make you feel good - the same chemicals that you get from antidepressants.
Getting regular exercise, for instance, isn’t just good for the body, but it also triggers the release of endorphins.
These feel-good chemicals can lift your mood and provide energy.
Other things that can improve physical health (and thus mental health) include eating a well-balanced diet, sleeping for seven to eight hours each night, exposure to at least 10 minutes of sunlight every day.
For mild depression, research shows that physical activity can be as good as antidepressants or psychological treatments like cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).

Yesterday we spoke about your desires, goals, visions whatever you want to call them. One thing that I have found is that one thing always slows people down to getting to their end goal...
We all make them, but we need to keep them to a minimum to be a success.
Why do people make them?
Fear of being judged.
Fear of failing.
Fear of judgement.
Fear of being successful.
The list goes on..
I used to be a constant excuse maker and I now know it was fear that made me do it.
I have worked out now that If I at least try I will be one step closer to success, rather than if I make an excuse and not trying at all.
Because let's be honest making an excuse and not doing it, is the same as failing except one thing you can earn from failure.
So in my eyes it's better to try and fail than never try at all.
